Role Description: This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Associate role based in Pune City. The Business Development Associate will identify and qualify new business opportunities, generate leads, and build a strong client pipeline across target sectors, including IT, ITES, warehousing, manufacturing, and retail. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market and property research, preparing and delivering client presentations, coordinating site visits, and supporting negotiations for leasing and sales transactions. The role involves maintaining accurate records in CRM or tracking tools, collaborating with internal teams to refine proposals, and providing regular updates and reports on business development activities. The ideal candidate will represent KC & Hegde to play a key role in generating and qualifying leads, engaging prospective clients, and supporting the sales team in driving business growth within the commercial real estate market.

Qualifications

  • Strong presentation skills, including preparing and delivering clear, client-focused presentations and proposals.
  • Experience of 1-3 years in the hospitality industry, international calling process, lead generation and basic market research to identify prospects, understand industry trends, and map competition.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills to engage with clients, internal stakeholders, and partners.
  • Prior experience or strong interest in business development, sales, or real estate services is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

Salary Offered
