Role Description

As a Business Development Associate, you will work directly with the Sales team to support B2B growth, lead generation, buyer qualification, and market intelligence across hospitality, retail, and bulk-buying. This role is designed for someone who wants real exposure to how premium brands build pipelines, close buyers, manage pricing logic, and scale distribution — not just social media or admin work.

Qualifications

  • Market Research & Lead Generation
  • Identify and build databases of hotels, cafés, restaurants, retailers, distributors, corporate buyers.
  • Track new hospitality projects, store openings, and commercial developments
  • Segment leads by city, buyer type, order potential, and conversion priority Research competitors, pricing benchmarks, and category trends in premium and mass-premium tableware

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business management, marketing, or related field.
  • Relevant work experience in business development or similar field preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
  • Strong organization and project management skills.
  • Friendly and personable demeanor.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant software.
  • Open for field and travel.
