About Us:

OYG Studio is a brand development practice based in Jodhpur. We work with established businesses in hospitality, manufacturing, and consumer segments to build brands that are instinctively chosen, remembered without effort, and referred without asking. Our work spans branding, marketing, advertising and design.

You will own the pipeline from outreach to signed engagement, manage early-stage client conversations, and work closely with the Creative Director on proposals and positioning.

Who we are looking for:

You come from the media industry. You have sold creative services at a studio, agency, or production house, or you have been on the execution side long enough to understand what selling them actually involves. Either way, you know how creative work is scoped, why it costs what it costs, and how to defend that to a client who wants more for less.

If you have also worked on the craft side, as a designer, editor, photographer, or camera operator, and then moved toward client-facing work, this role was written for you.

2 to 5 years of relevant experience. Based in Jodhpur.

What you will own:

  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities across target verticals
  • Manage outreach via LinkedIn, email, and referral networks
  • Lead initial discovery calls and present the studio's positioning clearly
  • Maintain a disciplined pipeline and follow up without being chased
  • Coordinate with the Creative Director on proposals and scope documents
  • Represent the studio at meetings, networking events, and trade interactions
  • Feed market signals back into how we package and communicate our services

What we are looking for:

Must have:

  • BD or client servicing experience specifically in media, creative, or production
  • Scope literacy: you know what a deliverable actually costs to produce
  • Strong spoken and written communication with business owners and decision-makers
  • CRM discipline and proactive follow-through

Strong plus:

  • Hands-on execution background in design, editing, photography, or film
  • Ability to articulate the long-term value of brand investment
  • Active, professional presence on LinkedIn

Bonus:

  • Proposal writing without hand-holding
  • Existing network in Rajasthan business or creative circles

What this is not:

This is not a cold-call volume role. You will not succeed here by discounting to close. You will not be micromanaged, but you will be expected to manage yourself.
