About SalesOne :

This position is being hired through JIITAK Facilitating Pvt. Ltd.; however, the selected candidate will primarily work with SalesOne, our B2B outbound sales and lead generation service.

SalesOne helps B2B companies scale revenue without the need to build and manage a full in-house outbound sales team. We support startups and growth-stage businesses with end-to-end outbound execution, including Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) definition, lead research, list building, email outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, appointment setting, and sales operations.

Our data-driven approach enables founders and leadership teams to focus on closing deals while we consistently generate qualified sales opportunities and drive predictable pipeline growth.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Associate in our company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, generating qualified leads, conducting outreach activities, and assisting in converting prospects into clients. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong research capabilities, and a passion for sales and business development.

Roles, Duties & Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Prospect Research

  • Identify and research potential clients across target industries and markets.
  • Build and maintain prospect databases using LinkedIn, CRM platforms, and other research tools.
  • Understand customer needs, business challenges, and decision-making structures.

Outreach & Client Engagement

  • Execute outreach campaigns through email, LinkedIn, phone calls, and other communication channels.
  • Draft personalized and value-driven messages tailored to prospective customers.
  • Conduct follow-ups and nurture leads throughout the sales cycle.
  • Schedule product demonstrations and meetings with qualified prospects.

Sales Support

  • Assist in presenting SalesOne's features, benefits, and value proposition to prospective customers.
  • Support proposal preparation, presentations, and sales documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.

CRM Management & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, meetings, and sales activities in CRM systems.
  • Track outreach performance, conversion rates, and sales pipeline progress.
  • Prepare regular reports and provide insights on lead generation and business development activities.

Market Research

  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market opportunities.
  • Gather customer feedback and market intelligence to support product and sales strategies.
  • Contribute ideas to improve sales processes, outreach effectiveness, and customer acquisition efforts.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
  • Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience in business development, sales, lead generation, or customer engagement are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace and CRM tools.
  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar prospecting tools is an added advantage.
