Job Description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Business Development Associate (BDA) to join our IT Sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and building strong client relationships to drive company growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business opportunities for IT services and solutions
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends
Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT solutions
Coordinate with technical and delivery teams for requirement understanding
Maintain and update CRM with leads, follow-ups, and sales status
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
02 years of experience in IT sales / business development.
Basic understanding of IT services such as software development, web/mobile apps, cloud, etc.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Good knowledge of MS Office tools and CRM systems.
