Indiacharts Data Analytics Pvt. Ltd. is a SEBI-registered Research Analyst firm (INH000023630) that gives investors research-backed stock market insights and recommendations. Market strategist Rohit Srivastava founded the firm in 2005. We analyze market trends, cycles and price behavior across Indian and global markets. Our forecasts combine technical, economic and fundamental models, including Elliott Wave analysis, sentiment indicators and long-wave cycle studies.

Through our Insiders Club, we offer clearly defined stock recommendations, market outlooks and risk levels across equities and commodities, so individuals can invest with confidence and knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

• Call webinar attendees and prospective clients to follow up and build relationships.
• Explain Indiacharts services and Insiders Club subscription plans to potential clients. You will not give investment advice or stock recommendations.
• Help new clients through the onboarding process from start to finish.
• Answer client queries promptly and professionally.
• Keep accurate records of calls, follow-ups and client interactions in Google Sheets or the CRM.
• Work with internal teams to make onboarding smooth for every client.

Requirements

• Graduate or final-year student, preferably in B.Com, BBA, Finance, MBA (Finance) or a related field.
• Good understanding of the stock market, including equities, indices and basic market terms.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable talking with clients over the phone.
• Fluent in English and Hindi. Kannada is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Sheets.
• Proactive, focused on clients and eager to learn.
• Able to join immediately.
