Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Call and follow up with assigned leads generated through campaigns, walk-ins, and inquiries.
- Understand the student's background, interests, and career goals.
- Explain course offerings in IT emerging technologies in a clear and convincing manner.
- Counsel students and parents about program benefits, learning outcomes, fees, and career opportunities.
- Convert qualified leads into admissions through regular follow-ups.
- Maintain lead status, call records, and conversion updates in CRM or spreadsheets.
- Coordinate with the academic and admissions team for smooth onboarding of students.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly counseling and admission targets.
- Build strong relationships with prospective students through professional communication.
