Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in sales, international client relationship management, and market research, along with the ability to generate new business opportunities through various channels. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong analytical abilities, and hands-on experience in handling international clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, qualify, and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, and online research.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with international clients.

• Understand client needs and present relevant solutions to close business deals.

• Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and potential growth opportunities.

• Prepare and deliver professional presentations, proposals, and business plans.

• Maintain and update sales reports, pipelines, and client interaction records using Advanced Excel.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and support for new clients.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• MBA (Pursuing or Completed) in Marketing, Business, or related field is preferred.

• Minimum 1 - 2 years of experience in Business Development / Sales.

• Strong experience in Cold Calling and Email Marketing.

• Prior experience handling International Clients is a must.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong Research and Analytical abilities.

• Proficiency in Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, Lookups, Data Analysis, etc.).

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

• Goal-oriented, self-driven, and able to meet deadlines.
