Hiring: Business Development Associate (Inside Sales)

Location: Thane (Wagle Estate)

Company: Artfills Online Learning Pvt Ltd

CTC: ₹5.4 – ₹6.0 LPA + Performance Incentives (Up to ₹1.2 – ₹1.44 LPA)

Working Days: 6 Days a Week (Saturday & Sunday are working days; weekly off on a weekday)

About the Role

Artfills Online Learning Pvt Ltd is looking for a results driven Business Development Associate (Inside Sales) to drive learner enrollments and revenue growth. We are seeking professionals with a strong background in B2C consultative sales, lead conversion, revenue generation, and CRM management.

Candidates with prior EdTech sales experience will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

· Engage with prospective learners and parents to understand their educational and career goals.

· Convert qualified leads into enrollments through consultative selling.

· Manage the complete sales cycle from lead qualification to closure.

· Drive revenue growth by consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.

· Build and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the sales journey.

· Handle objections effectively and guide prospects toward informed decisions.

· Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM.

· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Required Skills & Experience

· 3–6 years of experience in Inside Sales, Business Development, or B2C Sales.

· Prior experience in the EdTech industry preferred.

· Proven track record of revenue generation and target achievement.

· Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and closing skills.

· Experience working with CRM tools and managing sales pipelines.

· Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

· Self-motivated, target-oriented, and performance-driven.

· Graduate degree preferred.
