We're Hiring: Business Development Associate | Oye Creators

Location: Andheri East, Mumbai — Work from office

Annual CTC: ₹2–4 lakh, based on experience and skills

Oye Creators is looking for a proactive Business Development Associate to identify new business opportunities, build client relationships, and drive sales for our influencer marketing services.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and connect with potential clients, brands, and advertising agencies.
• Generate leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking.
• Understand client requirements and recommend relevant campaign solutions.
• Schedule meetings, deliver presentations, and prepare proposals.
• Follow up on enquiries, negotiate commercials, and close deals.
• Maintain accurate lead records and sales updates in the CRM.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client handovers.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and build lasting client relationships.

What We're Looking For

• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Business acumen and an understanding of client relationship management.
• Confidence in prospecting, cold calling, and following up with decision-makers.
• Ownership, initiative, and a target-driven approach.
• Prior experience in business development or sales; exposure to advertising, digital media, or influencer marketing is preferred.
• Availability to work from our Andheri East office and join immediately.
