nickPat Media, Maharashtra's leading talent management & influencer marketing agency for Marathi creators, is looking for a Business Development Associate to join our team.

What you'll do:

• Identify and reach out to potential brand clients
• Pitch influencer marketing campaigns and close deals
• Build and maintain long-term brand relationships
• Coordinate with internal talent and campaign teams
• Track leads, follow-ups, and revenue targets

Required Skills:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in business development, sales, or client servicing
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Understanding of influencer marketing / digital media (preferred)
• Campaign planning and time management
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Hindi and English
