Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Associate, located in Bhubaneswar. Key responsibilities include generating and nurturing leads, conducting market research, and expanding client relationships to drive business growth. The Business Development Associate will deliver impactful presentations, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and identify opportunities for partnerships. The role requires the ability to work closely with both internal teams and external clients to build strong networks and achieve organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Strong Presentation Skills and ability to create and deliver effective Presentations
- Experience in Lead Generation and Market Research to identify business opportunities
- Excellent Communication skills for client interaction and relationship management
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-based environment
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and other business development software is a plus
- Prior experience in business development or sales is beneficial
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
