Job Overview:

We are looking for a driven and target-oriented International Sales Executive who is passionate about the forex and fintech industry. The ideal candidate will engage potential clients and drive sales through effective communication and relationship-building.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers
• Handle voice support and live chat interactions with prospective clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients
• Ensure consistent follow-ups and communication with existing customers
• Manage and track the sales pipeline effectively from lead generation to closure
• Utilize budget management skills to support sales planning and execution
• Use analytical skills to forecast trends, identify challenges, and improve lead generation
• Work towards achieving sales targets through structured and strategic sales efforts
• Perform cross-selling and upselling of relevant products and services to maximize revenue

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field
• 1–2 years of experience in BDE
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable with cold calling
• Target-oriented mindset with a proven ability to meet or exceed goals
• Interest in forex, comex and indices is essential
• Knowledge of financial markets or trading platforms
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
