Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end batch operations, including scheduling, coordination, and execution
- Drive partner onboarding, ensuring a smooth and efficient onboarding experience
- Monitor and improve partner (pro) fulfillment and activity levels on a regular basis
- Track key metrics related to partner performance and take corrective actions where required
- Ensure high partner engagement and resolve on-ground issues proactively
- Coordinate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve partner experience
- Conduct field visits to hubs to interact with partners and ensure operational excellence
- Maintain accurate data and reports using MS Excel / Google Sheets
