Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for inbound and outbound leads for corporate event services.
- Conduct initial qualification calls to understand client requirements, budget, timelines, and project feasibility.
- Identify and evaluate lead quality to determine suitability for company offerings and event solutions.
- Present company services, event capabilities, and value proposition during first-level client interactions.
- Shortlist and hand over qualified leads to sales executives for further discussions and deal closure.
- Maintain accurate lead data, call notes, and follow-up status in the CRM system.
- Perform regular follow-ups to confirm interest and collect additional information as required.
- Coordinate with internal sales and project teams to ensure smooth lead handover and onboarding.
