Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for inbound and outbound leads for corporate event services.
  • Conduct initial qualification calls to understand client requirements, budget, timelines, and project feasibility.
  • Identify and evaluate lead quality to determine suitability for company offerings and event solutions.
  • Present company services, event capabilities, and value proposition during first-level client interactions.
  • Shortlist and hand over qualified leads to sales executives for further discussions and deal closure.
  • Maintain accurate lead data, call notes, and follow-up status in the CRM system.
  • Perform regular follow-ups to confirm interest and collect additional information as required.
  • Coordinate with internal sales and project teams to ensure smooth lead handover and onboarding.
