Key Responsibilities

• Connect with student leads via calls, WhatsApp, and walk-ins
• Explain course details, fees structure, job assistance, and industry-based training benefits
• Understand student requirements and suggest suitable courses
• Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets
• Maintain and update lead data in CRM or Excel
• Perform regular follow-ups and convert leads into admissions
• Coordinate with the training and operations team for smooth onboarding
