Key Responsibilities
- Lead handling & outreach:
- Call or connect with interested students/parents (inbound + outbound)
- Follow up through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and CRM
- Qualify whether the lead is serious and suitable for the program (very common in inside-sales models)
- Student counseling (very important):
- Understand learner goals, skill gaps, and career needs
- Explain course structure, outcomes, fees, and benefits
- Guide learners toward the right program (BDAs often act like education advisors, not just sales representatives)
- Product pitching & demos:
- Present the learning platform or course
- Explain the value proposition clearly to parents or working professionals
- Handle objections and doubts
- Conversion & revenue targets:
- Convert inquiries into paid enrollments
- Meet monthly sales targets
- Track conversion pipeline in CRM
- (Edtech BDAs are strongly KPI-driven roles)
