Responsibilities
As a Business Development Associate, you will be at the forefront of our customer acquisition and growth initiatives. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to drive sales growth.
- Managing and nurturing leads through the sales funnel
- Preparing reports, tracking KPIs, and analyzing sales data using MS Excel.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.

What We're Looking For
- Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English
- Strong sales aptitude persuasive, resilient, and target-driven
- Hands-on experience or comfort with MS Excel for data analysis and reporting
- A self-starter who takes initiative and works well independently
- Curious, fast learner, and eager to work in a high-paced startup environment
