Job Description

GRAYSTONE CAPITALis a Singapore headquartered corporate debt finance and investment consulting firm working with SMEs and mid-sized corporates across Asia & the Middle East.

We are looking for ambitious and commercially driven professionals who enjoy business development, relationship management, and deal origination in a fast-paced financial services environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Deal Generation & Market Research

  • Identify SMEs and mid-sized corporates requiring working capital, trade finance (LCs, LGs), capex funding, or other structured financing
  • Conduct sector-based research across MENA and Asia to identify target segments and emerging opportunities
  • Generate deals via LinkedIn, digital platforms, business directories, databases, and industry networks / referrals

2. Opportunity Qualification

  • Screen prospects based on business profile, operating history, financing requirements, deal size, banking readiness, and jurisdiction
  • Prepare structured opportunity summaries and internal briefs for senior advisory review
  • Ensure only well-qualified, commercially viable deals are progressed to the advisory teams

3. Outreach & Client Engagement

  • Initiate prospective deal outreach via email, LinkedIn, and calls
  • Maintain consistent follow-up and engagement tracking
  • Coordinate and schedule introductory meetings between qualified prospects and the advisory team
  • Represent Graystone Capital professionally across all external communications and interactions.

4. Pipeline & CRM Management

  • Maintain an accurate, structured pipeline in CRM tracking lead status, follow-ups, and conversion stages
  • Prepare weekly and monthly pipeline reports with key metrics on outreach volume, qualification rates, and deal progression

5. Internal Coordination & Handover

  • Collaborate closely with MENA and Asia advisory teams to align on target sectors, ideal client profiles, and deal parameters.
  • Ensure smooth, structured, and documented handover of qualified opportunities to the advisory teams liaise with internal research and support functions to enhance data quality and improve targeting accuracy

CANDIDATE PROFILE

▸ 1–5 years of experience in lead generation / deal origination

▸ Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics or related field

▸ Strong market research and pipeline-building capabilities

▸ Comfortable working across time zones with MENA and Asia teams
