RoleOverview
TheBusinessDevelopmentAssociatewillberesponsiblefordrivingthetopfunnelbusinessdevelopmenteffortsforGenYMediumbyidentifyingpotentialprospectsandinitiatingmeaningfuloutreach.
Theroleinvolvesbuildingtargetedprospectlists,engagingwithmarketingdecisionmakersacrossorganisations,andgeneratingqualifiedleadsfortheSeniorManagerBusinessDevelopmenttopursueandconvert.Theindividualwillplayakeyroleinopeningdoorswiththerightstakeholdersandcontributingtothecompany'snewbusinesspipeline.
KeyResponsibilities
*Prospecting&Research:BuildandcontinuouslyrefinetargetedprospectlistsacrossD2C/e-commercebrands,fundedstartups,andenterpriseorganisationsinBangaloreandkeymetros.Conductin-depthresearchonprospectprofiles,includingtheirbusinesscontext,currentagencyrelationships,digitalmarketingmaturity,andpotentialchallengesbeforeinitiatingoutreach.
*LeadGeneration&Outreach:Executestructured,multitouchoutreachcampaignsacrossemail,LinkedIn,andcallstogeneratequalifiedleadsandinitiateconversationswithpotentialclients.CraftpersonalisedoutreachmessagesthatreflectGenYMedium'sstrategy-firstpositioning.
*RelationshipBuilding:EngagewithmarketingdecisionmakerssuchasCMOs,brandmanagers,growthleads,andfounderstointroducetheagency'scapabilitiesandestablishmeaningfulconversations.
*PipelineManagement&CRM:Maintainaccurateandupdaterecordsofalloutreachactivities,prospectinteractions,andleadqualificationnoteswithintheCRMsystem.
*InternalCoordination:SupporttheSeniorManagerBusinessDevelopmentinpreparingpitchdecks,agencycredentials,andproposalbriefswhenrequired,andparticipateinpipelinediscussionstoshareinsightsonprospectbehaviourandmarketsignals.
RequiredQualifications&Skills (1-3 years of relevant work experience inmediasales,adsales,digitaladvertisingsales,oracomparablebusinessdevelopmentrolewithoutboundprospectingexperience.)
*Bachelor'sdegreefromareputedinstitute.
*Familiaritywithdigitalmarketingandadvertisingconceptstoconfidentlyengagewithmarketingdecision-makers.
*CommunicationSkills:Excellentwrittenandverbalcommunicationskills,withtheabilitytocraftcompellingoutreachmessagesandengageseniorstakeholders.
*RelationshipBuilding:Abilitytoinitiateconversationsandbuildrapportwithmarketingleadersanddecision-makers.
*OrganizationalSkills:Strongabilitytomanagemultipleprospects,maintainfollowups,andtrackoutreachpipelineseffectively.
