Business Development Associate
KodoWorks (KodoWorks | Top IT Career Program In Coimbatore) is looking for a motivated Business Development Associate to join our team and drive corporate partnerships, hiring collaborations, and placement opportunities. The role focuses on identifying potential hiring partners, building strong client relationships, and creating job and internship opportunities for our talent pool. This position is ideal for someone with experience in business development, staffing, corporate relations, or ed-tech sales.
Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and connect with corporate clients including IT services companies, product companies, startups, and other potential hiring partners.
Generate B2B leads through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn outreach, networking, and industry events.
Understand client hiring requirements and match them with suitable talent from KodoWorks.
Present the KodoWorks value proposition to hiring managers, HR teams, and decision-makers.
Prepare proposals for hiring partnerships, placement drives, and train-and-hire opportunities.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth interview, hiring, and onboarding processes.
Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline and track progress through CRM tools.
Develop long-term relationships with clients for repeat hiring and partnership opportunities.
Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, corporate relations, staffing, or B2B sales.
Preferably from IT services, staffing, recruitment, or ed-tech background.
Strong lead generation, pipeline building, and client conversion skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Confident in pitching to HR heads, hiring managers, and business leaders.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with CRM tools, LinkedIn, MS Office, and email outreach tools.
Must be willing to work from office in Nava India, Coimbatore.
Should be available to join immediately or within 15–30 days.
Upto 4 LPA fixed salary plus upto 2 LPA variable pay.
