Business Development Associate (Fresher)

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Business Development Associate (Fresher) to support the company's business growth initiatives. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, confidence in interacting with clients, and a willingness to learn and contribute to sales and business development activities.

Job Location : Thiruvanathapuram [Candiadate from Trivandrum Preferred]

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels.
• Conduct outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups with prospective customer.
• Assist in lead generation, qualification, and customer engagement activities.
• Maintain and update customer and lead information in company databases.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely customer support and follow-up.
• Support business development campaigns, promotional activities, and events.
• Prepare and share business proposals, presentations, and other sales-related documents.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective and existing customers.
