Job Summary
We are looking for a high-performing Business Development Associate to drive new
business acquisition and revenue growth, with occasional involvement in strategic
partnerships. The role is primarily sales-focused, owning the deal lifecycle end-to-end,
while supporting partner-led growth initiatives when required.
Responsibilities:
Drive new business acquisition and revenue across SMB accounts
Own the complete sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and closure
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline to meet revenue targets
Engage with founders, CXOs, and senior stakeholders for deal closure
Support identification and execution of strategic partnerships as needed
Coordinate with partners to generate and convert leads
Negotiate commercials and finalize business agreements
Work cross-functionally to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery
Track market trends, competition, and customer requirements
Candidate Profile:
Strong experience in business development and sales closure
Ability to manage both direct sales and partner-led opportunities
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Understanding of SMB sales, commercial structures, and P&L basics
High ownership mindset in a fast-paced environment
Open to travel as per business needs
