About the Role

We are looking for a highly driven, communication-focused, and ambitious Business Development Associate who is eager to build a career in B2B Sales, Client Acquisition, and Brand Solutions.

This role is not limited to basic lead generation or calling. The selected candidate will get practical exposure to the complete sales lifecycle — from identifying potential clients and initiating conversations to pitching advertising campaigns, building relationships, and eventually handling deal closures based on performance.

The role involves interacting with high-ticket clients and brands looking to increase their market visibility through DOOH advertising campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Connect with potential clients and brands through calls, emails, LinkedIn, networking, and outbound outreach
  • Understand client requirements and pitch suitable DOOH advertising and branding solutions
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client campaigns
  • Participate in sales meetings, client presentations, and business discussions
  • Maintain lead pipelines, follow-ups, and client communication records
  • Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities
  • Learn and contribute towards the end-to-end B2B sales process
  • Represent the company professionally during client interactions and meetings

Requirements
  • Any Graduate can apply
  • Freshers and experienced candidates are both welcome
  • Strong communication skills are mandatory
  • Confidence in client interaction, pitching, and relationship building
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Basic understanding of sales, marketing, or business development is preferred
  • Familiarity with MS Excel, Google Sheets, LinkedIn outreach, and presentation tools will be an added advantage
