About the RoleWe are looking for a driven and experienced Business Development Associate (BDA) with a strong background in the DOOH advertising industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales efforts.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the DOOH advertising space
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, agencies, and partners
- Pitch DOOH advertising solutions tailored to client needs
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closure
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign execution
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments
Requirements- Minimum 3+ years of experience in sales, specifically in the DOOH industry
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive approach
- Comfortable with field sales and client meetings
