About the Role

We are looking for a driven and experienced Business Development Associate (BDA) with a strong background in the DOOH advertising industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the DOOH advertising space
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, agencies, and partners
  • Pitch DOOH advertising solutions tailored to client needs
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closure
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign execution
  • Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments
Requirements
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in sales, specifically in the DOOH industry
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive approach
  • Comfortable with field sales and client meetings
