Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Associate located in Satna. The individual will be responsible for identifying and generating leads, conducting market research to understand customer needs, and preparing presentations for pitching products or services. They will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute strategies that drive business growth, while maintaining effective communication with clients and stakeholders to build long-lasting relationships.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Presentation Development and Delivering Impactful Presentations
- Proficiency in Lead Generation and Market Research to identify and capitalize on opportunities
- Excellent Communication skills, including verbal, written, and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across departments
- Previous experience in a sales or business development role is advantageous
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
