Job Description

We are looking for a high-energy, results-driven Business Development Associate to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will be the engine of our growth, responsible for generating new business opportunities through aggressive outreach and guiding prospects through the sales pipeline. You will be the face of our product, conducting demos and turning cold leads into warm relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation & Sourcing:
  • Identify and research potential clients using LinkedIn, industry databases, and other lead-generation tools.
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified leads to ensure consistent weekly activity.
  • Outreach & Cold Calling:
  • Conduct high-volume outbound campaigns via cold calling and cold emailing to connect with decision-makers.
  • Craft personalized outreach messages that cut through the noise and articulate our value proposition.
  • Product Demonstrations:
  • Lead live, engaging product demos for prospective clients, tailoring the presentation to solve their specific pain points.
  • Handle objections effectively and showcase how our solution fits into their workflow.
  • Follow-Up & Pipeline Management:
  • Maintain rigorous follow-up with prospects who are in the evaluation phase to keep deals moving forward.
  • Log all activities, calls, and email correspondence accurately in the CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine pitch scripts and outreach strategies based on market feedback.
Requirements
  • Experience: 1 year of experience in Sales, Business Development, or a related role (SaaS or B2B experience is a plus).
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. You must be comfortable picking up the phone and speaking with senior stakeholders.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficient with CRM software, video conferencing tools (Zoom/Meet), and standard office suites.
  • Resilience: Ability to handle rejection gracefully and maintain a high level of activity and enthusiasm.
  • Self-Starter: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage your own schedule and prioritize tasks without constant supervision.
