• Consult customers planning birthdays and celebrations.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend the best celebration solutions.
• Build relationships and guide customers throughout their buying journey.
• Prepare quotations and present customized event packages.
• Follow up with leads and convert them into confirmed bookings.
• Cross-sell premium services such as catering, photography, entertainment, return gifts, and more.
• Maintain accurate updates in the CRM.
• Collaborate closely with the Design and Operations teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Consistently achieve monthly revenue and booking targets.

• 1–4 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Inside Sales, Hospitality, Events, Luxury Retail, or Customer Consulting.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (Kannada is a plus).
• Confident, energetic, and customer-focused personality.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable working in a target-oriented, performance-driven environment.
• Self-motivated with excellent follow-up and ownership.
• Graduate in any discipline.
