Role Overview
We're looking for a high-energy, target-oriented Business Development Associate with proven B2C
sales experience. You'll play a critical role in driving revenue and converting leads.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate direct revenue through high-quality B2C consultative sales.
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Engage with leads via calls, WhatsApp, and emails; follow up proactively and drive conversions.
- Build rapport and trust with students and parents to understand their goals and recommend the
right services.
Requirements
Must-Haves
- Minimum 1 year of B2C sales experience (EdTech preferred but not required).
- Proven experience in selling and revenue generation with a strong track record of
meeting/exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Highly organized, disciplined, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
Good-to-Have
- Experience in EdTech or similar high-velocity B2C environments.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and structured sales processes.
