We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Business Development Executive to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reach out to prospective customers through calls, emails, and other channels.
  • Understand customer requirements and effectively pitch our products/services.
  • Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns, referrals, and other sources.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients.
  • Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Negotiate and close sales opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities in CRM tools.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new customers.
  • Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Inside Sales, or Customer Acquisition.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

Preferred:

  • Experience in B2B sales or technology product sales.
  • Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period.
