Role Summary

As a Business Development Associate Renewals, you'll play a critical role in driving

customer retention and revenue growth. You'll engage with existing

customersprimarily parents and studentsto renew subscriptions, deepen

relationships, and identify opportunities for upselling. Your success will be measured

by your ability to convert renewals, enhance customer satisfaction, and contribute to

Bhanzu's long-term impact in the Indian market.

Key Responsibilities

Renewal Outreach: Initiate timely and personalized communication with

customers approaching the end of their subscription cycle.

Consultative Selling: Understand customer needs, showcase learner progress,

and position Bhanzu's programs as essential for continued growth.

Upsell Opportunities: Identify and pitch relevant upgrades or additional

programs that align with the learner's journey.

Customer Insights: Gather feedback and relay insights to internal teams to

improve offerings and retention strategies.

Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of renewal status, customer

interactions, and performance metrics using CRM tools.

Relationship Building: Foster trust and loyalty by delivering exceptional service

and demonstrating genuine care for learner outcomes.

Required Skills & Qualifications (Mandatory Requirements)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a persuasive, empathetic

approach.

Familiarity with CRM platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho.

Self-starter with strong organizational skills and a results-driven mindset.

Passion for education and belief in Bhanzu's mission to transform math

learning.

Prior experience engaging with customers is a strong advantage.

Willingness to work in the office in HSR Layout, Bangalore

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience in inside sales

Experience in EdTech or service-based sales roles

Location & Working Hours

Work Mode: On site (HSR Layout, Bangalore)

Working Days: 6 days/week (inc. Sat & Sun)

Shift Timings: 11 AM - 8 PM (Day Shift)

Laptop is Mandatory
