Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Saket, Delhi, for a Business Development Associate (BDA) & Customer Support Executive.

This is a client-facing role that combines sales, operations, and customer experience. Your responsibilities will include handling inbound leads, coordinating with clients, and ensuring a smooth experience across the entire journey.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements

• Handle lead conversion, client onboarding, and appointment setting
• Manage calls, follow-ups, reminders, and client coordination
• Track payments/installments and resolve client queries
• Support daily operations and ensure a smooth client experience
• Strong communication skills (spoken & written English)
• Good social and sales skills (confident on calls)
• Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace
• Organized, reliable, and target-driven
• Prior experience in sales/customer support is a plus
