We are hiring a city-level Business Development and Monetisation person to build long-term revenue partnerships with local offices and Corporate. The role will primarily sell Corporate gym memberships to companies for their employees and will also own city monetisation opportunities such as in-gym branding/ad sales, local marketing partnerships, trainer certification revenue, and other non-retail revenue streams.

Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a city pipeline of local offices, Corporate, SMEs, co-working spaces, institutions, and business parks that can buy employee gym memberships.
- Pitch, negotiate, and close long-term corporate membership deals, including employee wellness tie-ups, discounted employee plans, bulk memberships, and renewal programs.
- Create repeatable revenue from employers by coordinating employee activation, onboarding support, monthly reviews, usage follow-ups, and renewals.
- Hunt for local monetisation revenue for gyms: in-gym branding, sampling, launch activations, local sponsorships, partner kiosks, advertising placements, and event tie-ups.
- Drive additional assigned revenue streams such as trainer certification, certification batches, partner-led training programs, academy/referral revenue, and other city monetisation products.
- Work closely with Centre Managers to ensure fulfilment is clean while keeping role ownership clear: Centre Managers own walk-in pack sales and PT sales; this role owns BD-sourced Corporate and monetisation revenue.
- Maintain daily Salesforce discipline: accounts mapped, meeting notes, proposals, deal stage, expected revenue, collections, activation status, and renewal dates.
Qualifications
- 3 to 7 years of experience in business development, Corporate sales, corporate partnerships, local ad sales, institutional sales, or field sales.
- Prior experience selling to HR, Admin, Facilities, Procurement, Founders, local business owners, agencies, or corporate decision-makers is strongly preferred.
- Experience in fitness, health and wellness, gyms, corporate wellness, media/ad sales, OOH/local marketing, education/training, certification programs, hospitality, or SaaS field sales will be an advantage.
- Proven comfort with revenue targets, prospecting, cold outreach, meetings, negotiation, proposal writing, closing, collections follow-up, and renewals.
- Strong local market understanding of hiring city; existing corporate/local business network is preferred.
- Graduate degree preferred. Strong communication in Hindi and English is required; Gujarati is preferred for Ahmedabad.
