Our platforms are validated, government-backed, and in active commercial deployment.

We are hiring a Business Development Associate to build pipeline and close relationships across both platforms.

Why This Role

• You will work directly with the founders on live deals from your first week -- not after months of onboarding
• Two platforms, both at commercial inflection: critical mineral recovery and XRT-based mineral ore sorting -- both backed by government mandate, structural demand, and proprietary technology
• You will represent Novasensa in meetings with industry partners, feedstock suppliers, coal companies, and government offices
• You will see the full commercial cycle -- from finding a lead to closing a deal
• High performers become eligible for ESOPs after 18 months -- we want you to own what you build

What We Build

NovaGenesis recovers high-purity lithium, cobalt, nickel, manganese, gold, silver, palladium, and copper from lithium-ion battery black mass and e-waste PCBs. Closed-loop, AI-guided, hydrometallurgical. Zero liquid discharge. Carbon-neutral process design. Greater than 95% metal recovery validated at pilot scale. Our Jaipur facility is being scaled to 7,200 TPA under a Government of Rajasthan MoU.

NovaX is India's first and only commercial X-ray Transmission (XRT) based mineral ore sorting system. Through a formal technology partnership with an international partner with 500+ XRT systems installed globally, NovaX sorts ore from gangue at 200 particles per second with no water, no chemical inputs, and no tailings. AI-guided and fully relocatable, it is designed for pithead deployment across coal, iron ore, gold, lignite, copper, and other mineral commodities.

What You Will Do

NovaGenesis -- Critical Minerals

• Build supply relationships with generators of battery black mass and e-waste PCBs: OEMs, battery recyclers, consumer electronics companies, and industrial waste producers
• Develop offtake partnerships with buyers of the refined metals we produce
• Engage government stakeholders at relevant Ministries and industry bodies
• Represent Novasensa's technology to partners and convert conversations into committed agreements

NovaX -- Dry Beneficiation and Ore Sorting

• Own the commercial pipeline for XRT-based ore sorting across power utilities, coal producers, mining companies, washery operators, and industrial consumers
• Build new relationships from a cold start while advancing the current active pipeline
• Drive conversations from first meeting through to signed agreement

What We Are Looking For

• 2 to 4 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or client-facing roles -- prior exposure to industrial, energy, mining, or cleantech sectors is a strong advantage
• Comfortable engaging with technical products -- you do not need to be an engineer but you need to enjoy learning how things work and translating that into commercial language
• Clear and confident communicator in person, over email, and in presentations
• Comfortable engaging both private sector companies and government offices
• Takes ownership: you follow through, you do not wait to be followed up, and you treat your pipeline like it is your own business
• Based in Delhi NCR or willing to relocate -- this is a 100% in-person role
