Role Overview

We're looking for a Business Development Associate to join our Global Growth team. In this role, you'll drive creator acquisition across international markets — identifying high-potential creators, building relationships, and converting them into active SuperProfile users. This is a high-ownership, client-facing role with direct impact on global revenue and platform growth.

What You'll Be Doing

Hunt Down Leads:

  • Scout and target potential content creators across platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
  • Slide into inboxes, make calls, and work your social media magic to generate leads
  • Master CRM to track leads, follow-ups, and close deals like a pro

Pitch Like a Pro:

  • Wow creators with killer product demos and presentations
  • Understand their needs and show them exactly how SuperProfile can help them grow and monetize

Build Relationships That Last:

  • Be the go-to person for creators — build trust and loyalty
  • Listen, solve problems, and ensure they have the best experience on our platform

Team Up and Win:

  • Work closely with marketing, product, and ops teams to sync up sales strategies
  • Share creator feedback to help us keep getting better

What We're Looking For

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently across cultures and time zones
  • Commercial mindset — you understand what drives decisions and can articulate value clearly
  • Comfort with high-volume outreach and a hunger to hit and exceed targets
  • Genuine curiosity about the creator economy, digital content, and how creators build businesses
  • Self-starter with strong ownership — you don't wait to be told what to do
  • 0–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or growth roles (freshers with strong drive welcome)
