We partner with startups and established businesses to plan and execute measurable campaigns that move the needle.

Role summary

We're looking for motivated Business Development freelancers to source, pitch, and close new clients for Sociodip. This is a performance-first, commission role ideal for independent BD specialists, agency networkers, and consultants with strong B2B connections.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify and outreach to potential clients (startups, SMEs, brands, agencies).
  • Qualify opportunities and pitch Sociodip's services (branding, social campaigns, influencer marketing, content, performance).
  • Close and hand over converted clients to our delivery team; maintain client handover notes.
  • Hit the minimum acquisition target: 1012 converted clients per month.

Targets & compensation

  • Minimum target: 10-12 meetings/month, 2-4 Clients conversion/month.
  • Commission: 10% share of the project revenue for each client you bring and that converts.
  • No cap - higher volume = higher earnings. Commission paid after client conversion/invoice (terms agreed at onboarding).

Preferred skills

  • Strong communication and negotiation
  • Networking and outreach abilities
  • Understanding of marketing services (preferred but not mandatory)

Nice-to-have

  • Prior experience selling branding, social media, content, influencer, or performance services.
  • Existing relationships in SaaS, D2C, hospitality/HORECA, or consumer brands.
  • Basic understanding of campaign budgets and agency delivery cycles.

Minimum Requirements

  • Prior experience in sales, business development, marketing, or client acquisition is preferred but not mandatory
  • Access to professional networks such as LinkedIn, startup communities, or business networks
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing, branding, or agency services (preferred)
  • Strong networking and communication skills
  • Ability to identify and approach potential business clients
