Role Description

Full-time, on-site Business Development Associate role based in Bengaluru. Responsible for driving business growth, managing partnerships, and supporting revenue generation, along with handling social media and creating marketing posters. Preference for candidates with home care or clinical healthcare experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and achieve assigned business targets
• Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare partners
• Identify and develop new business opportunities
• Coordinate with internal operations and clinical teams
• Track sales performance and report on key metrics
• Manage Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn pages
• Generate leads through digital channels
• Run WhatsApp and email campaigns
• Create posters and social media creatives
• Write simple copy for posts and campaigns

Eligibility & Experience

• 1–2 years of experience
• Basic experience with social media and digital campaigns
• Preference for candidates with home care or clinical healthcare experience

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Ability to build and manage professional relationships
• Good communication and coordination abilities
• Understanding of healthcare or clinical service environments
• Basic digital marketing and design skills
• Fluency in English; Kannada or Hindi an advantage
