Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Associate located in Bengaluru South. The Business Development Associate will be responsible for identifying and generating leads, conducting market research, and presenting BrightCHAMPS offerings to potential clients. The role involves daily interaction with potential partners and maintaining communication with existing stakeholders to foster long-term relationships. The individual will also participate in the planning and execution of strategies to meet business development goals.

Qualifications

• Strong Presentation Skills and ability to effectively conduct Presentations
• Experience in Lead Generation and conducting thorough Market Research
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Previous experience in the education or technology industry is a plus
• Proficiency in CRM software and other business development tools
