Role Description The Business Development Associate role at Brahmanic Trailss is a full-time, on-site position based in Jaipur. This role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with potential partners, and supporting revenue growth through structured outreach. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, generating and qualifying leads, preparing and delivering presentations to prospective clients, and maintaining detailed records of business development activities. The associate will collaborate with internal teams to refine offerings, support promotional initiatives, and ensure that client needs are accurately understood and addressed.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Presentation Skills and experience creating and delivering effective Presentations.
• Candidates should possess Lead Generation skills and the ability to identify and nurture prospective clients.
• Candidates should possess Market Research skills to analyze customer segments, trends, and competitors.
• Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Relevant experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles, ideally within travel, adventure, or hospitality sectors.
• Ability to work on-site in Jaipur, manage time effectively, and handle multiple opportunities simultaneously.
• Comfort with field visits, presentations to groups, and relationship building with partners and customers.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, or a related field is preferred.
