Job Overview:
As a Business Development Associate, you will be responsible for driving growth and expanding Bleep Education's reach. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication and sales skills to identify new business opportunities, build relationships, and contribute to revenue generation.
Key responsibilities:
1. Identify and generate leads for training and internship programs.
2. Build relationships with potential clients, students, and educational institutions.
3. Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
4. Bleep Education's offerings effectively and convert prospects into customers.
5. Work closely with the marketing team to align business development strategies.
6. Handle inquiries, follow up on leads, and ensure a smooth sales process.
7. Maintain records of sales performance and report progress to management.
8. Travel as needed for business development activities (expenses reimbursed as per policy).

Eligibility Criteria:
1. All freshers and final-year students are eligible.
2. No prior experience is required.
3. Strong willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Compensation:
1. Probation (4 months): 13,500/month + up to 10,000 incentives (performance-driven)
2. Post-Probation: CTC 6,00,000/year (3,60,000 fixed + 2,40,000 performance-based)
