Business Development Associate

Vospaces is looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented candidates for the role of Business Development Associate. The role primarily involves sales, telecalling, lead generation, and client communication.

Candidates should be confident in speaking with customers, explaining services, and converting leads into business opportunities.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handle outbound and inbound calls professionally
• Generate and qualify leads through calling activities
• Explain company services to prospective clients
• Follow up with interested customers regularly
• Maintain daily call reports and sales updates
• Build strong customer relationships and support business growth

Eligibility Criteria:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable in sales and calling profile
• Basic computer knowledge required
• Candidate must own a personal laptop
• Freshers can apply

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Telesales, telecalling, inside sales, or BPO will be an advantage
• Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset
• Ability to handle customer conversations confidently
