About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Business Development Associate to join our inside sales team in Marathahalli, Bengaluru. You will find new business opportunities, generate and follow up on leads, and help corporate clients find the right IT hardware and infrastructure solutions. This is a great opportunity for freshers and early-career professionals who want to build a career in B2B technology sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with corporate clients.
- Generate leads through calls, emails and LinkedIn, and follow up with potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and share quotations with clients.
- Work with technical teams to match solutions to client needs.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field (BBA, BCom, MBA or any graduate).
- Fresher to 2 years of experience in sales, business development or inside sales. Freshers are welcome.
- Good communication and negotiation skills in English.
- Proactive, target-driven and eager to learn.
- Basic knowledge of IT hardware and infrastructure (laptops, desktops, servers, networking) is a plus.
