Hiring: Business Development Associate (EdTech)
Location: NSP, Pitampura , Delhi

Salary: Up to 4 LPA (Fixed) + Unlimited Incentives
Work Mode: MondayFriday (Office) | Saturday (WFH)
Timings: 9:30 AM 6:30 PM
Role Summary
We are looking for a confident and result-oriented BDA's to manage incoming leads, understand learner needs and convert prospects into successful enrolments
Responsibilities
Connect with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and email
Understand learner requirements and recommend suitable programs
Convert leads into enrolments
Maintain daily CRM updates
Meet monthly sales targets
Coordinate with internal teams to enhance conversion quality
Requirements
6 months3 years of experience in Inside Sales / Tele-Sales / Academic Counselling / Business Development Associate
EdTech experience is preferred.
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Target-driven and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Delhi NCR candidates only
Immediate joiners preferred
