Role: Business Development Associate (BDA)- Kochi Vennala, Palarivattom, work from home (Hybrid)* ( Good in Malayalam + English)*

Salary up to 3 LPA + Performance Bonus + Incentives

Job Description:-

As BDA sales/Sr Inside Sales, you will be responsible for prospecting leads and contacting them to pitch the program.

Following up on sales inquiries coming in through website, emails, ad campaigns etc..

Developing a detailed understanding of the features and benefits of the product/ service

Guiding customers for suitable product/ service package selection based on their requirements and use case

Creating and managing sales pipelines to achieve the targets assigned to you

Constantly improving the conversions

Meeting the benchmark metrics consistently

Maintaining long-term relationships with clients through effective after-sales support

Sourcing new sales opportunities through emailing and cold calling

Conducting virtual meet-ups to create new business relationships

Any Graduate with 1+ year experience in the Ed-tech industry is eligible to apply for this job.

The candidate should have Good English skills and sound communication skills for this job.

Requirements:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work under pressure

Laptop is mandatory

Willing to work in a startup environment (fast-paced)

Language- Malayalam & English Mandatory

Working Hours

Willing to work 6 days a week 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM ( Sunday fixed off)

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
