Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru South for an Inside Sales Associate - B2C. The Inside Sales Associate will handle lead generation, engage with potential customers, manage accounts, and provide exceptional customer service. They will also prioritize customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a seamless sales experience for prospective clients. Additionally, the role involves building strong relationships with customers to drive conversions and meet sales targets.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to identify, engage, and convert prospective customers effectively.
  • Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to build trust and ensure a positive client experience.
  • Skills in Account Management to nurture client relationships and maintain long-term engagement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a focus on persuasive selling techniques and rapport building.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team dynamic.
  • Prior experience in B2C sales or educational technology is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
