What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 3+ years of hands-on B2B sales experience
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
  • Proven ability to close deals and exceed targets
  • A self-starter mindset with strong ownership and accountability
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and MS Office tools
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Zoho/HubSpot/Jira, or similar tools
  • Comfort working in a target-driven, dynamic environment

Preferred Profile

  • Experience working within the Mumbai market with an established client network
  • Industry experience in B2B SaaS
  • Familiarity with sales performance metrics and reporting
