Who Can Apply:
- MBA (Sales / Marketing / Energy / Operations)
- B.Tech (Electrical / Mechanical / Energy / Renewable)
- At least 1 year of relevant sales or business development experience (preferably B2B, industrial, or renewable sector)

What You'll Do:
- Build strong business pipelines in the solar energy sector
- Meet clients, understand energy needs, and propose customized solar solutions
- Manage complete sales cycle from lead generation to closing and after-sales follow-up
- Represent the AutoSys brand at exhibitions, events, and client meetings
- Report market feedback and collaborate with management for strategic decisions
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Required Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication in English and Hindi
- Confidence in client handling and presentation
- Goal-driven mindset with self-discipline
- Familiarity with CRM tools or lead management systems (preferred)
Compensation & Incentives
- Total Earning Potential: Up to 6 LPA (3 LPA Fixed + 3 LPA Performance-Based Incentives)
- Fixed Salary (CTC): 3,00,000 per annum with all standard benefits
- Performance Incentives: Up to 3,00,000 annually based on sales achievement and targets met
