Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Associate to join our team in a software testing services company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales and technology.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate leads through market research, networking, and outreach.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new clients for software testing services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers.
  • Present and promote software testing solutions to clients, addressing their business needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized service offerings.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies in software testing.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline management in CRM systems.
  • Assist in marketing efforts, including participation in trade shows, webinars, and events.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role (preferably in

the IT or software industry).

  • Strong understanding of software testing services and their value proposition.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to generate leads and convert them into long-term business relationships.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in selling IT services, particularly software testing solutions.
  • Familiarity with Agile, DevOps, and automation testing methodologies.
  • Experience in B2B sales and client management.
