We are looking for a dynamic B2C sales professional who can engage with international students and help them begin their learning journey with us.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end international B2C sales, from lead generation to closure.
- Convert inbound and outbound leads through calls, WhatsApp, and email communication.
- Achieve weekly and monthly enrollment targets for online courses.
- Build rapport with potential students and assist them in selecting suitable courses.
- Maintain accurate lead, follow-up, and conversion data using CRM tools.
- Coordinate with internal teams (academic, marketing, and operations) for smooth onboarding
Requirements
- 27 years of experience in international B2C or edtech sales.
- Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
- Experience in selling education / art / online training programs preferred.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
- Flexible to work as per international time zones.
