Job Description

Job Title: Business Development Associate/ B2C Sales Executive International Process

Location: Thane (Wagle Estate).

Company: Artfills Online Learning Pvt. Ltd.

Work Timings: As per international time zones (full-time, on-site role)

Salary Range: 4 7 LPA

Experience Required: 2 7 years in B2C International Sales

We are looking for a dynamic B2C sales professional who can engage with international students and help them begin their learning journey with us.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end international B2C sales, from lead generation to closure.
  • Convert inbound and outbound leads through calls, WhatsApp, and email communication.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly enrollment targets for online courses.
  • Build rapport with potential students and assist them in selecting suitable courses.
  • Maintain accurate lead, follow-up, and conversion data using CRM tools.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (academic, marketing, and operations) for smooth onboarding

Requirements

  • 27 years of experience in international B2C or edtech sales.
  • Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Experience in selling education / art / online training programs preferred.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
  • Flexible to work as per international time zones.
