We are seeking a Business Development Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for retailers and merchants, guiding them through their loan journey while resolving queries via chat and phone. This position offers an opportunity to make a direct impact on our clients success while developing your skills in a fast-paced, expanding business.
Key job responsibilities
- Respond to inbound chats and calls and emails from retailers and merchants in a timely and professional manner
- Guide retailers/merchants through the complete loan application and approval process
- Resolve queries and concerns with empathy and efficiency
- Handle multiple interactions simultaneously while maintaining quality service
- Maintain accurate records of interactions
- Identify and escalate complex issues to appropriate teams when necessary

- Bachelor's degree
- Experience in written and oral communication, including the ability to communicate with all levels in the organization (technical, business, executive)
- Knowledge of Hindi grammar and spelling (both written and verbal)
- 2+ years of customer support experience
